Tracey is our Enhanced Health Check Adviser and works alongside Bay Medical Group.
Tracey is an Adviser who works with Bay Medical Group, the Integrated Care Commission and Choose Health among others, to help deliver enhanced health checks to parts of the community with a view to improving health outcomes for individuals and families.
