About Us

Citizens Advice North Lancashire is a registered charity covering the Lancaster City Council District and is part of the national Citizens Advice network. We have offices in both Lancaster and Morecambe which are available for drop in enquiries on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10am - 2pm and we can offer face to face appointments throughout the week via appointment. We also offer advice by email at enquiries@northlancashirecab.org.uk

Our mission is to: 

  • Provide a service which is independent, impartial, confidential and free at the point of delivery

  • Provide the advice people need for the problems they face

  • Improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives

Our vision is to:

Enable able to access the highest quality advice and support services that people need, via the channel they choose, regardless of where they live within North Lancashire and surrounding areas
