Jago is a Bay Health Check Adviser
Jago works with a nurse from Bay Medical group to support clients from a particular set of streets within Poulton, in an effort to redress health inequalities and reach people who don't engage with services. Jago is also a Research and Campaigns champion and helps with presenting our data and campaigns.
