Lorna is our Energy Champion and a Community Adviser.
Lorna works with one of our funders, Cadent, to help identify consumers who are vulnerable or disadvantaged and to provide an inclusive energy and welfare support service. In her Community Adviser role, she helps clients both in their own homes and through appointments in our office. She works as part of the Advice Matters team.
