We are currently receiving a very high number of calls, messages and enquiries.
Rest assured, once you have been in touch, we will get back to you as soon as we can. Currently we have around a 6 week wait for an appointment.
Please don't repeatedly get in touch if you haven't yet heard from us as this can cause more of a backlog and further delays.
We are open for drop-ins on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays at both our Lancaster and Morecambe offices between 10am-2pm. There is no need to book for these.
We are anticipating a very busy Winter and want to help as many people as we can in the Lancaster and Morecambe District.
